Later, the Louds sail away from Loch Loud, waving goodbye to the citizens and their ancestors at the dock. After the ship has travelled a far enough distance, the citizens and the ghosts head back to their homes. At that moment, a submarine arrives at the dock, and Bobby pops out the hatch, having finally arrived at Scotland. Jumping out, he asks the fisherman where he can find Lori Loud, and the fisherman silently responds by handing him a telescope and gestures to the departing ship. Focusing on the ship with the telescope, Bobby discovers Lori on it and, realizing he arrived at Scotland a few moments too late, falls to his knees and screams in anguish.

After running the numbers, Lisa concludes that Lynn Sr.'s side of the family hails from Scotland, much to the kids' fascination. Unfortunately, the money jar they use to save for trips is empty, as Lola had spent it all to keep her teeth shiny. Not giving up just yet, Lincoln says that they can still go to Scotland, as they have to be a little "adventurous".
Angus initially declines the offer, believing he's just a simple groundskeeper, but after being told by the citizens how much he does for the town, and with the blessing of all the ghosts of the Louds' ancestors (especially the Duke), Angus agrees to take on the new role. Lela then takes Morag and drops her off on a small rock island far away from Loch Loud, inhabited by a family of constantly-barking seals. The sisters compliment Lincoln by saying that passing the crown to Angus was so honorable of him. The sisters also apologize to Lincoln for not including him in their spotlight and question what he said about not feeling as special as them. Lincoln confesses that he feels this way because they're all talented in some way, and are constantly praised, while he has nothing to show. The next day, the Louds, Angus, Lela, the citizens and the ghosts of the ancestors all work together to repair all the damage in Loch Loud ("My Way Back Home").

The rest of the Louds and Angus quickly arrive to the castle, having witnessed Lincoln, Morag and Lela crashing there during their fight. Arriving to the courtyard, they spot Lincoln's unconscious body and quickly rush over to him, but are suddenly stopped by the still-possessed Lela. Morag and Lela trap Louds and Angus in a corner, and Morag orders Lela to fire her breath at them to kill them off for good. Lincoln, having regained consciousness, witnesses Morag about to harm his family, and before Lela can fire her breath, he quickly jumps into the line of fire with the crown, prompting Morag to hastily stop Lela from attacking. Lincoln tells Morag that if she wants the crown, she'll have to get it from him first.

However, Morag ruins the moment by reminding Lincoln that he is only staying in Scotland for a week. Taking a suggestion from Angus, Lincoln makes a slideshow presentation convincing his family that they should just move to Scotland (the clincher being that he reminds them that their house back in Royal Woods only has one bathroom). Soon after, a full-blown coronation is held for Lincoln officially becoming the new duke. During the ceremony, however, Morag is noticeably reluctant to crown Lincoln, and Lucille, observing from above, is baffled when Morag mentions that the royal family from 400 years ago got lost during a boat trip. The next day, the Louds, Angus, Lela, the citizens and the ghosts of the ancestors work together to repair all the damage in Loch Loud ("My Way Back Home"). After fixing up the village, and as the Louds interact with their ancestors, Angus tells Lincoln that he'll miss him once the family leaves, and Lincoln tells him that he's free to call him up whenever so he can give him some good duke advice.

After a particularly successful day in which the sisters all win awards, they celebrate at Lynn Sr.'s restaurant.
The Loud House is an American animated television series created by Chris Savino that premiered on Nickelodeon on May 2, 2016. The series revolves around the chaotic everyday life of a boy named Lincoln Loud, who is the middle child and only son in a large family of 11 children. It is set in a fictional town in southeastern Michigan called Royal Woods, based on Savino's hometown of Royal Oak. The series was pitched to the network in 2013 as a two-minute short film entered in the annual Animated Shorts Program. It entered production the following year.[3] The series is based on Savino's own childhood growing up in a large family, and its animation is largely influenced by newspaper comic strips. Lincoln gives Clyde a phone call to relay the news that he and his family are royalty and have moved in to the castle.
This causes the crowd to angrily turn against her, and Morag, now having lost everyone's respect, decides to do things "the hard way" by using the royal scepter with the Dragon Stone to summon the ginormous Lela. Despite the hundreds of houses whose chimneys need cleaning, Lincoln, hearing people cheering in the distance, believe it's what must be done to make them happy. Fearing for the worst, Lincoln quickly runs into the town centers and discovers to his horror that his sisters are showing off their talents and skills. Their performances end up catching the attention of everyone in Loch Loud, where they unknowingly trample Lincoln. As Lincoln looks on with heartbreak that he's once again overshadowed his sisters, Morag approaches him and, back at the castle, Lincoln complains to her that because he's the Duke, he should be the most special Loud of all.
